I just love making Mexican food. Seriously, I'm Italian & Polish, but I could really eat Mexican (or Asian) food for the rest of my life, and be perfectly happy.
Sopes with beans, ground beef, queso fresco, sour cream, lettuce, avocado, and hot sauce.

In other news... I need a new name for my website -- "Decorate, Eat & Repeat" is starting to sound a little too cutesy for me, and it rhymes too much... I'm just not digging it anymore. Any ideas?
