I'm Having a Party, and Everyone's Invited!

This Friday is the open house for the building (First Friday, Flat Iron Arts Building), so I thought why not turn it into a party?

That's how the Ugly-Sweater-Optional Purple Prince Another Lonely Christmas party was born. So if you're in the Chicago area, or even if you're not, this is a great night to stop by, have fun, peruse jewelry, and dance to a mix of Prince and weird holiday music.

Well, if you don't know, if you haven't heard this absolute treasure of a holiday song yet, I can promise you'll hear it at this party. Probably several times.

World Holiday Craft Market, this Saturday evening!

This is rather last minute... but I just got a spot in the World Holiday Craft Market!

It's this Saturday evening (tomorrow), starting at 7pm, and includes crafters, artists, and musicians representing a variety of countries. You should be there! As always, around this time of the year, it sounds like a great opportunity to escape the cold, and get some holiday shopping done.
