Does anyone out there have suggestions for making this tiny little space even just a little bit more functional? Is there something that I haven't thought of yet? Any and all suggestions are appreciate!
Nessa, on first glance at your pic I see some available space under your cupboards and above your counter. You could mount shelves there. The other idea is an old one that I offered up before...a mounted table (across from frig) that collapses. When you are cooking a meal like Thanksgiving almost no kitchen has enought room!
ReplyDeleteI've thought about the kitchen cart island, too. Right now, the floor space is taken up by my cat's food and water, and a trash can. I think if I had a smaller trash can that fit under the sink, and if I moved kitty's things, that would be possible! The extra counter space would be so nice!
ReplyDeleteThe space under the counters isn't really available, its stuffed with baking dishes, cat food, the blender, the pot lids, containers for leftovers, etc... The problem right now is that I have so many THINGS!
