When will it snow?

So far, no snow... just rain.  It's pretty, but not as pretty as "the white stuff".

Ike got a nice warm toweling down when he came in all soggy-doggy.

Tonight after work, I picked up our lovely (and so fragrant) rosemary tree.  The dining room smells fantastic, and I think the tree itself is quite pretty.  It's the perfect size, too.  :)

What I'm eating... Meatloaf Cupcakes

No doubt, my vegetarian and vegan friends find this slightly disturbing... but there really is no reason that carnivores should have to skimp on the cute while consuming their meats!  ;)

There's no recipe that I'll post for this one, because as long as you have your own meatloaf recipe, it's really basic stuff.  Put the meatloaf in cupcake tins to cook, and top with mashed potato icing (I garnished with parsley and fennel seed sprinkles).  I would highly recommend that you make pretty stiff mashed potatoes, because I didn't, and you can see my icing was all over the place!
