My recent visit to the Green City Market (finally!) must have really inspired me, because lately I'm cooking up a lot of fresh, yummy meals... instead of ordering in. Good for me, I'm patting myself on the back.
I seasoned the steak (thin slices, lighter on the stomach and the budget!) with salt and pepper, and pan-cooked them for a minute or so on each side. Then I cooked the grape tomatoes in the same pan, also seasoned with salt & pepper, as well as fresh oregano.

I boiled the corn on the cob, then "grilled" it in the oven for a few minutes. After removing the corn from the cob, I tossed it with the juice of a lime, red cayenne pepper (as much as you prefer), salt & pepper, and fresh cilantro. You could serve this hot or cold -- my 'fella preferred it hot, I didn't mind one bit that mine was cold.
This looks awesome! And so yummy! i Think i will have to make it!
ReplyDeleteYeah girl, make it on the grill! The corn, especially, would be so yummy if it were charred!
