What I'm eating... Ground Turkey Tacos

Yummy!  This is my "handful of taco", once I realized that I was eating it so fast that I had forgotten to take a picture.

Soft tortillas, ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, various spices, & sour cream.
