Yummy, sugar cookies!
Some tips for keeping cookies soft and chewy (which I didn't, for whatever reason, do with this batch):
Keep them in a plastic bag or covered dish, and throw a slice of bread in there with them. The slice of bread will become hard, while the cookies stay soft.
Keep them in the microwave. This is probably the best use of your microwave, anyway. ;)
