Let them eat cake, indeed! I made three miniature three-layer vanilla cakes with lemon cream cheese icing for my birthday, the first time I ever made a cake (and icing) from scratch, and it was WELL worth the effort! I'll post the recipe soon... but for right now, I want to enjoy being the birthday girl! :)
