What I'm eating... "Gourmet" Popcorn

I suppose that popcorn is considered gourmet once you start topping it with something other than butter...  This is my guess.  ;)

I cooked mine in a pot on the stovetop, with a whole sprig of rosemary.  Then, I topped it with olive oil, fleur de sel, parmesan cheese, and black pepper.  It was, in a too often overused word, AMAZING.

  1. I was honestly surprised by how good it was, and there are probably ALL kinds of spicy and sweet combinations that would be really good. I've actually heard a lot of good things about peanut butter popcorn! ;)

  3. Oh wow, that sounds fantastic! When I eat movie popcorn, I like dropping Junior Mints into it, so that might not be too far off. :)
