Let Them Eat Cake

This is not a particularly good shot, but that's because I was too eager to devour this scrumptious lil' slice-o-heaven, and I couldn't concentrate on much of anything else.

White Cake with Pink Frosting

Let me tell you, it was one delightful piece of cake!  I dare say I'm starting to get the idea of this whole baking thing.  The texture of the cake was an ideal between fluffy and dense, and not too sweet (which is good, because the frosting was super sweet), with a light vanilla flavor.

I am quite proud of it.  I've eaten it after lunch, after dinner, and again for breakfast.
