What I'm Eating... Potato Gnocchi w/ Creamy Garlic-Butter Sauce

I finally made a meal at home, a round of applause for me!  Once the weather warms up, I'm less and less motivated to spend time in my tiny (hot) kitchen, but this dish was well worth the trouble.

Ingredients

Gnocchi: Potatoes, flour, 1 egg, salt

Sauce: Garlic cloves, butter, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper
